About Sim Owner Details

Who We Are

Sim Owner Details is an independent, Pakistan-based website dedicated to SIM verification education. We help Pakistani citizens understand how to check, verify, and manage SIM cards registered to their own CNICs — using only official PTA-approved methods.

We are not a telecom operator. We are not affiliated with PTA or NADRA. We do not run a SIM database. We do not store any user data, CNIC numbers, phone numbers, or search queries. When you use any tool or form on this website, no personal information is saved or recorded by us.

What We Do

We explain, in simple and clear language, how Pakistan’s official SIM verification system works. Every guide on this website is built around methods published by PTA, documented telecom operator channels, and publicly available official resources.

Our guides cover:

  • How to check which SIMs are registered on your CNIC via PTA’s 668 SMS service and the CNIC. sims.pk portal
  • How to verify a SIM physically in your phone using the 667 code
  • How to identify the network of any Pakistani number using 76367
  • How to transfer or change SIM ownership through official operator channels
  • How to report and deactivate unauthorized SIMs registered on your CNIC
  • What PTA’s SIM limits mean and how they are enforced

Everything we publish is intended to help you safely and legally take control of your SIM identity.

What We Do Not Do

This is important. Please read this carefully.

  • We do not host or maintain any SIM owner database.
  • We do not provide name, address, or CNIC details for any third-party number.
  • We do not offer any tool that retrieves another person’s private information.
  • We do not store your CNIC, phone number, or any search query you enter.
  • We do not sell or share any user data with any party.
  • We are not a data broker, SIM lookup service, or verification portal.

Any website claiming to show full SIM owner details for any random number is operating outside Pakistani telecom law. Our mission is the exact opposite — to help you understand what is legally possible and protect yourself from illegal services.

Our Data Policy (Simple Version)

When you visit this website:

  • Google Analytics may collect anonymized traffic data such as page views, browser type, and approximate location. This is standard for all websites and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
  • Google Search Console records search performance data such as impressions and clicks. This data is visible only to us and is used to improve our content.
  • No CNIC, phone number, or personal identifier you enter anywhere on this site is stored by us.
  • No search query you type into any tool on this website is saved, logged, or shared by us.

We collect only what is technically necessary to run the website safely — nothing more.

Our Editorial Approach

Every article and guide published on Sim Owner Details follows these principles:

  • Official sources first — We cite PTA guidelines, official operator documentation, and Pakistani telecom law.
  • Legal boundaries clearly stated — We explain what users can and cannot do legally.
  • No fake promises — We do not claim capabilities that official systems do not support
  • Regular updates — Content is reviewed and updated when PTA rules, operator methods, or official procedures change
  • Corrections policy — If we publish anything factually incorrect, we correct it as soon as it is identified

About the Founder

Sim Owner Details was founded by Muhammad Hayan, a Pakistani digital content creator focused on making official government and telecom processes easier for everyday users to understand.

Muhammad Hayan created this website after noticing that most SIM-related search results in Pakistan led to misleading tools, fake databases, and illegal services that put users at risk. The goal was simple — build one clean, honest, legally accurate resource that explains what is actually possible through official PTA channels.
